Abstract
Experts suggests to not look at the hotel industry recovery and short term rentals recovery as "apples to apples", but as "apples to oranges". Although luxury hotels are having a difficult time during the recovery process, low scale hotels and apartment style hotels are coming back in stronger numbers.
