Hotels are working on their outdoor spaces for the guests in order to accommodate their needs regarding the pandemic. Since guests want safe and physically distanced spaces in the property, hoteliers tried to design various outdoor settings such as 'cocooning' that looks like an igloo pod. In the article, three hotel GMs share their hotel's actual examples of how they altered their service areas and protocols.
