Abstract
In order to keep their guests safe by minimizing physical contacts as much as possible, hotels started to implement using QR codes to display their menu items and etc. The article shows a few real examples from Cayuga Collection hotel and Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort how they use QR codes to serve their customers safely.
