    Abstract
Lodging Magazine suggests that the COVID-19 crisis can be looked as a way to start clean for both meeting planners and hotels as the industry begins the slow re-building process. Although ADR and RevPAR have nearly plummeted, transient pickup is looking to be "less bad" than it was prior. Hotels are working as hard as they can to rebuild the loyalty they had with their guest and planners and to show them that when they are ready to travel, hotels will be ready to accommodate for them.
