Abstract

Unfortunately, the hotel industry does not look much different than it did at the start of the pandemic. Researchers report that owners are trying to stay alive and keep their teams employed. As COVID-19 cases rise within the U.S. many people are not traveling domestically as they had been during the summer months. Although the hotel pipeline is decreasing, data is indicating the luxury hotel market will start to pick back up within the coming months.
