Courageous Followership offers a new model for the follower role that provides dynamic support for leaders but does not hesitate to constructively speak truth to power. Similarly, the concept of Intelligent Disobedience provides guidance for conscious decision-making when faced with an order than may be inappropriate. This workshop will be an introduction to these complementary frameworks, as well as related resources, like the handbook on Intelligent Disobedience for Children.
