Chef Rashid Frazier, a North Carolina native started Camp Yoshi, a multi-day adventure that pairs gourmet cooking with a wilderness adventure. Frazier wants to give his clients the tools to take future trips on their own, and Camp Yoshi with its menu delicacies and fine whiskey drinks allows decadence paired with team building and challenges of a rugged camping trip.
