Abstract

Hotels are amping up their virtual lobby by focusing on direct business, paying attention to concerns of travelers, simplifying transition from website to booking engines, and monitoring conversations with their guests. As travelers start to travel again, the virtual lobby and virtual presence of hotels will become much greater than they were pre-pandemic. Paying attention to guests' needs online is more vital than ever.
