Abstract

As diversity and inclusion understanding grows it seems focused on racial and gender bias. Research by The Valuable 500, a global CEO community launched at the World Economic Forum's Annual Summit in Davos in 2019 with the goal of revolutionizing disability inclusion has research stating that only three percent of articles discussing diversity in 2019 and 2020 referenced disability.
