Abstract

Hotel stocks hit their highest gains since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic last month. February's gains can be contributed to the mass distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine and the continued re-opening of hotel properties. Regionally, certain areas are doing better than others on the path towards recovery. However, researchers predict a sustained country-wide recovery this summer.
