    Abstract
Hotel Marcel in New Haven Connecticut is a new addition to the Hilton Tapestry Collection and is scheduled to open in October 2021. The building is a revival of the long-vacant Pirelli Tire Building and what makes this hotel unique is that it will be the first net-zero hotel building in the country.
