William Worrell named forestry extension agent

Virginia Tech's College of Natural Resources recently named William Worrell the forestry and natural resources extension agent for the southwestern Virginia district. Worrell's new position involves educating forest landowners about sound management practices through a variety of programs including Sustainable Harvesting and Resource Professional (SHARP) logger education programs.
