The mission of this quarterly six-page newsletter was to disseminate coal and energy related news, information and research results which have particular importance to the Commonwealth. Energy Outlook reported on research activities of VCCER staff, research conducted at Virginia Tech and other Virginia universities, organizations within the state that focused on energy production, legislation of special importance to the state’s coal and energy industries, and other energy-related topics.
