Mendota, VA: Conceptual Redevelopment Plan for the Benfield Store

Abstract

The purpose of this project was to work with a stakeholders committee, which included the property owner, representatives of Mountain Heritage, Inc. and other community members to identify possible new uses for the former Benfield Store and concrete slab immediately adjacent to the east side of the building.
