    Abstract
The purpose of this project is to work with a Stakeholders Committee from the St. Paul community to create a conceptual redevelopment plan for the Riverside Drive corridor. Riverside Drive and several of its properties are located at the “front door” to downtown St. Paul and need aesthetic improvements. The remainder of the street is in need of new businesses as well as aesthetic improvements. Riverside Drive was once an area of light-to-moderate industry and commercial uses. Areas of environmental question include vacant properties previously associated with the service and automotive industries.
