Hospitality and travel companies sign workplace diversity pledge

Hospitality and travel companies are creating a diversity pledge by committing to five actions to promote workplace equality, such as, appointing an executive sponsor for race, capturing ethnicity data, and ensuring all managers and leaders are on board.
