This guide offers clear directions on how to plan, execute, and evaluate developmental projects and processes in a participatory manner. Rather than simply focusing on the results of a project, an emphasis is put on understanding and acknowledging the active participation of the beneficiaries. This new process of evaluating a project is departing from traditional practice and seeking out a more inclusive understanding of the process that leads to the results.en
