Dear reader:

There are several movies in this thesis.  These movies are linked to figures in 
Chapters 4 and 5 and can be played by clicking on the figures.  All the files 
need to be downloaded into the same directory, the two .zip files need to be 
unzipped using WinZip into folders titled "Chapter4_movies" for the Chapter 4 movies and 
"Chapter5_movies" for the Chapter 5 movies.
