Virginia Tech Incident Review Panel meets in Blacksburg

BLACKSBURG, Va., May 22, 2007 – The second public meeting of Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine's Independent Virginia Tech Incident Review Panel was held May 21 at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center.
