BLACKSBURG, Va., Dec. 8, 2009 – Virginia Tech Police have arrested a Blacksburg resident on two charges of indecent exposure. These charges are result of complaints filed on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 in which a male exposed himself to women passing by him on campus. The charges are a Class 1 Misdemeanor.
The suspect is identified as Luke James Burris, 26, of Blacksburg, Va. Burris was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
Burris is an employee at the Inn at Virginia Tech, and detectives are asking anyone who may be a victim of similar activity to contact Det. Robert Taylor at (540) 231-8121.
