BLACKSBURG, Va., March 20, 2003 – The university rector has called a special meeting of the Board of Visitors for the purpose of considering policy implications of the recent board actions.
The meeting will occur Sunday, April 6 at 2 p.m. in Owens Banquet Hall (change of location).
