Plot/station to tube conversions

Data for the soil moisture and temperature data set was recorded at each sampling station; the specific station is indicated by a plot/station combo.  Sampling station is recorded in the root length data set using individually numbered tubes.  These are equivalent; each refers to an individual sampling station.  This file allows you to merge the two data sets.
