BLACKSBURG, Va., April 21, 2010 – Thomas Moore, of Norfolk, Va., who will be graduating in May with a master's degree in urban affairs and planning from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies, is part of a team of students who helped a town by creating a "green industries" economic development plan.
