    Abstract
This article gives an example of how the renovation is done between owners and brands during the pandemic. Brand executives spoke about how they worked with owners and investors to fulfill their expectations in an extremely changing environment in the session of the CHRIS+HOLA connect online conference. They said they needed more time to understand the owner's needs and to choose the right strategy for their hotels. For that, they said they should be flexible more than ever due to the pandemic situation.
