    Abstract
As Airbnb continues to work towards going public, the company lists growing competition, the pandemic, and turbulence in the tourism section as points of concern. Executives worry the stock will drop, much like WeWork, and are keeping a close eye on the markets. However, as the pandemic rages, STR predicts the tourism sector will not experience a full recovery until 2025. For a company as dependent on travel as Airbnb, the recovery over the next few months remain up in the air.
