Abstract
Covid-19 devastated the hospitality in Las Vegas. Now the local economy is seeing more demand and has called back the majority of workers still interested in their past positions. There has been a shortage of workers since the pandemic as some people have moved on, moved away, or just are not interested in hospitality any longer.
