She Has a Deal specializes in the real estate investment platform that works with hotel ownership and development for women. The Castell Project focuses on elevating women to executive positions within the hospitality industry. Together the Castell Project and She Has a Deal are working towards the development of Fortuna's Table, which will give owners groups the opportunity to diversify. Fortuna's Table will also provide virtual meetings and guidance from industry leaders.
