Airbnb in ramping up customer service support for Super Hosts as it prepares to navigate the host and inventory shortage it is currently facing. Airbnb has doubled the support agents on the customer service side and had increase the number of languages they are using from 11 to 42. Airbnb is adamant this will increase the desire for hosts to become apart of the short-term rental model as domestic travel begins to skyrocket.
