This presentation instructs users how to build digital libraries from components, which is the fundamental concept behind DLbox. It was written for graduate computer science classes at Virginia Tech and fits into a 50-minute time period. Although it was developed for computer science graduate students, it is only minimally technical and can be useful to students from various disciplines.
