Milky ways to territorial development
Abstract
This article examines four case studies of rural agrifood systems in Latin America. It focuses on links between territory, regional development, and product. By investigating these cases, conclusions are drawn based on the profiles of the individual cases, and strategies can be reached to increase productivity, and overall progress. This article uses the example of milk as a localized commodity to represent a territory-specific product.
