The purpose of the SRFMP Management Information System (MIS) is to facilitate information flows and the feedback mechanisms that are necessary for effective project decision-making, implementation and management. This paper describes the types of information that will be collected to monitor and evaluate both the SRFMP and the process of building financial management capabilities in the Sahel.
