dc.description.abstractThis article provides an assessment of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project. The Highlands Water Project was developed to transfer water from the mountain regions of Lesotho to South Africa. This project flooded the valleys of local mountains and displaced numerous villagers. This article discusses the benefits and cons of such a change.
