    Abstract
    Taught middle school students about nutritional effects of seeds in their daily diet, including protein, fat, and fiber. Along with Master Food Volunteers, conducted hands-on knife skills and cooking with sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. An average of 58 Roanoke City school students participated in each class.
