My role was to research and present children activities to the Event Administrators. I also secured the location and the County Government support of the event. I organized the Southwest Mobile Dairy Classroom Trailer visit as a way of advertising the event. I contacted and negotiated a contract with a petting zoo vendor. I created and distributed flyers with a coupon for youth activities at the fair. The day of the event I ran an activity station about Eastern Shore crops.en
