    Abstract
    The hospitality industry is constantly changing and evolving to adhere to guest expectations. As a result hotel brands are on the lookout for new ways to improve their customers stay and exceed their expectations. The brands that are succeeding are staying ahead of the curve and anticipating what customers want now and what they will want in the future. For this reason, identifying trends has become crucial in an industry built on making people feel happy and taken care of when they’re away from home.
