Access Denied Undocumented Students and Policy Reform in 2009

Today, the issue of whether undocumented students should have access to enrollment in public postsecondary institutions continues to be hotly contested in many states, with the debate often emotionally and ideologically charged. This report points out the experience of an undocumented student and examines political policy issues on higher education access at the federal and local levels.
