In my thesis, by designing a Persian Cultural Center in Washington D.C. on the site of the former embassy of Iran, I want to produce and define a place that introduces architecturally the theme of Persian culture and education which has continuously developed over the past many centuries. It will express the value of architecture in defining the context of theoretical foundations and ideology of the Persians.

There is nothing more timely today than that truth, which is timeless, than the message that comes from tradition and is relevant now because it has been relevant at all times. Such as message belong to a now which has been, is and will ever be present .To speak of tradition is to speak of immutable principles of heavenly origin and of their application to different moments of time and space. It is also to speak of the continuity of certain doctrines and of the sacred forms, which are the means whereby, these doctrines are conveyed to men and whereby the teachings of the tradition are actualized within men. -The sense of unity
