Participatory Community Archives
Abstract
Presented for the VTArtWorks project group at Virginia Tech to introduce basic concepts around community archiving and theatre archiving. The presentation was adapted from an earlier presentation about community archives also given at Virginia Tech. The presentation begins with some basic history on archival practice before discussing community archives and theatre archives. The images throughout are all drawn from theatre. Speaker's notes are included.
