The town is noted for its historic downtown and 18th and 19th century architecture. The location of St. Luke’s Historic Church & Museum, at 14477 Benns Church Boulevard, is near the very busy intersection of Benns Church Boulevard (Route 258) and Brewers Neck Boulevard (Routes 258/32) with about 35,000 cars driving by per day. In order to plan for the future, Historic St. Luke’s Restoration was in need of a conceptual site master plan that provided guidance for the best use and appropriate development of its forty three acre historic campus and support structures.
