The building is being designed by SOURCE architects to achieve a LEED “platinum” certification. The Community Design Assistance Center (CDAC) joined the site design process to develop a conceptual site master plan a multi-layered trail system that traverses the site includes walking paths that connect the school to different areas of the site and that connect the site to its surroundings (park and trail systems, neighbors, etc.).
