The small-signal model is derived incorporating the effects of phase-shift control and the utilization of transformer leakage inductance and power FETs junction capacitances to achieve zero-voltage resonant switching. The thesis explains the differences in the dynamic characteristics of the PS-ZVS-PWM converter and its PWM counterpart. Model predictions are confirmed by experimental measurements.viii, 62 leavesBTDapplication/pdfenIn CopyrightLD5655.V855 1991.V624Electric current convertersSignal processingSmall-signal analysis of the phase-shifted zero-voltage switched PWM converterThesishttp://scholar.lib.vt.edu/theses/available/etd-12172008-063107/
