The study analyzes some of the reports of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) on the status of rural women. This is a sex-disaggregated statistical study that examines CEDAW reports on rural populations and rural labor. It examined compliance with women's rights, measures adopted to ensure women's access to land and property, inheritance rights and legal capacity.
