A room-temperature, single-crystal neutron diffraction study was performed. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques to R(F02) = 0.068 for 1447 observed reflections > 1σ(F02). The structure consists of octahedrally coordinated platinum (IV) complex anions interacting with both the sodium cations and the waters of hydration.Pages 558-560application/pdfenPublic Domain (U.S.)Structural studies of precursor and partially oxidized conducting complexes.
