Studies are finding that the hospitality industry let a higher amount of its Black workforce go due to pandemic economic restrictions. Additionally noting that everyone one in 49 vice presidents and one in every 58 EVP/SVPs are Black. If the hospitality industry would like to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic quicker, it will need to diversify.
