However, those who completed the survey who were not white viewed the hotel industry's stance on diversity differently. The Bureau of Labor & Statistics recently found that 80.9% of hotel management positions are held by white employees, adversely compared to the 7% of management positions held by black or African American employees within the hotel industry.
