Public relations _spin doctors on the other hand, take the responsibility of presenting evidence that supports the goal of their client. If contrary evidence exists, PR specialists leave that evidence out and claim that it is the responsibility of someone else to present. However, traditionally, and especially in the 21st century scientists have had difficulty explaining science and communicating scientific discoveries to the general public.
