The CEMP addresses requirements set forth in Section 23-9.2:9, Code of Virginia, as amended. Departmental Emergency Action Plans and Continuity of Operations Plans, as well as campus-wide Continuity of Operations Plans, all support the CEMP. Virginia Tech Emergency Management is responsible for the ongoing administration and revision of the CEMP.
