Kamruzzaman, Md2020-02-172020-02-172020-02-13http://hdl.handle.net/10919/96900The chief conclusion of this report is that the internal factors of a hospitality company are the ones most linked to a positive disposition towards creativity. The report stresses the importance of large-scale experimentation and membership in a business group, whether through a franchise, a management arrangement or a member organization. The results further illustrate the need to be accessible to transition, and at the same time to have some degree of organized innovation organization. This apparent contradiction testifies to the fact that administrators need to ensure adequate internal operations, without ignoring the need to create a working environment that promotes innovation and improvement. Managers should provide incentives for workers to understand, develop and add to company growth processes along those lines.application/pdfenCreative Commons Attribution 4.0 Internationalhospitality firmsinnovation decisiontechnological innovationSpainCIS dataFactors Encouraging Innovation in Spanish Hospitality Firms [Summary]Summary
