A vertical field for the cultivation of crops and a fiberglass "Barn" for livestock confinement are discussed in terms of each other, in terms of farms and farming historically, and in terms of farms and their relationship to the development of the church cloister. Each of the discussion categories function as checking and direction devices to support the projects development.
