Description
This submission contains material for implementing window regression (WR) on a multitemporally stacked set of images. The submission consists of two files. The first is an R script for running the algorithm. The second is an archive file containing sample data from the Manhattan, NY, USA area from 2010 and 2011. The R script is based on the work by J. C. de Oliveira et al., published in Remote Sensing with the title "Window Regression: A Spatial-Temporal Analysis to Estimate Pixels Classified as Low-Quality in MODIS NDVI Time Series".
